Next chapter

I have enjoyed having Tanner at home during the week while the others go to work and school... Next week will start a period of six weeks with everyone at home. What to do? Low cost entertainment is a must! With a 4 year old, a 2 year old, and a 3 month old... What to do? I'm trying to find as many parks in the area, pools are scary by myself, splash pad is doable, free museum day, zoo membership, play do made with oatmeal? I've got to dress, feed, play with three boys who are all entertained in different ways. Oldest likes Mac n cheese and watching cartoons. Middle doesn't care for tv and dislikes Mac n cheese. Youngest is still not on a "schedule" for feeding and sleeping. So, how to go through the daily routine with three very different routines. Oh, and feed myself so we can nurse for his health. We have to be aware of overheating in this Texas heat, too.

Clutter be gone

I'll have Tanner alone during the days of June. I've decided that I will use the low traffic time to progressively de-clutter my house. Please pray that I don't allow myself to get overwhelmed thinking about cleaning ..."the WHOLE house"...

Too tall Tanner

Its easy to see how fast time passes as my kids grow! Tanner is two months old and constantly growing and changing. Eventually I'll get pictures on here, just comments for now... He is 14.2 pounds, 24.5 inches long. He feels like he's gone through the growth jump in length, especially, faster/earlier than his brothers. He is such a sweet baby. He gets lots of lovin' from his brothers...which I figure will continue until he takes his first toy from G man. The oldest, Ethan, LOVES Tanner!!!! He gives him kisses and hugs daily! He whispers, "I love you", in his ear before bed. Garrett loves him too...just not as audible as E man. Garrett tries to help when t man cries by shushing him and singing ABC's. Very sweet! Three at different times in development is proving to be challenging! Nursing, learning to jump, learning to read.
